my weekend

i had a reunion dinner on friday at grassroots club. the food was only so-so and some were actually awful esp. the dessert which have a medicine taste. but it costs about 900 over dollars, each person cost about 50 dollars. we could have gone to PARIS buffet which was so much better thant the food over there. but it was a nice reunion, and i know how to make rabbits out of cloth. sang a bit of karaoke.

yesterday i went to school for volunteering for nkf to give out pamphlets which went into holland v's recycling bin. at least we did a part in conserving the planet.
the nkf lady told me to go choa chu kang to give out the pamphlet and i gave her a shock look, while she say "thanks for helping or smth" and then turned away. i stood there dumbfounded for a moment and was pissed off with her attitude, we were doing her for a service kaes. i would rather go to spca to clean dog shits than to give out these useless papers urging people to watch the charity show and hoping that they will donate. in the end, the money would go to those people who is working in nkf with high ranks to board the FIRST CLASS airplanes or new lifts every year. imagine so much money is used for advertising, the pamphlets, commercials on tv and tv mobile, radio, newspapers, etc. as if people don't know about this event.
we(ws,qy,ser,lm,annetee,zep,steph,yk,ed,hanif,daryl) walked together from school to amk mrt then to city hall where we separated. the rest went to play lan gaming while we(ws,qy,annette,steph,ed) went to marina bay to fly kite and changed our mind soon after. we went to holland v. in the end while qy went back to school.

holland v. is so interesting, so many expensive and beautiful stuff on sale. went to many parts of holland v. and we had loads of fun window shopping while steph and ed was complaining that they were bored. after that we went to steph condo(thomson 800).
hearts made out of seashells. very beautiful and will be very sweet if you put it in your room and it is very costly too.
five of us slept on the way there, it was a tiring day for us and the bus ride was real long. played tennis and went to the gym there, it looks so much like a resort.
